The Inner Compass Method

A gentle journey from survival to living, through safety, self-trust and coming home to yourself.

The inner compass method was created from the understanding that many of the things we struggle with today began as a way of protecting ourselves.

Rather than fighting those patterns, we begin to understand them. We create safety within, listen to the parts of us that have worked so hard to protect us, and gently begin to rebuild self-trust.

How the Inner Compass Method is different.

You don't need fixing.

You need understanding.

The Inner Compass Method starts from the belief that the ways you respond today often make sense when you understand what you've been through.

The overthinking.

The people pleasing.

The need to stay in control.

The part of you that keeps going when you're exhausted.

The part that analyses everything.

The part that feels it has to get it right.

These aren't failures.

They're often parts of you that learned how to keep you safe.

And we don't have to fight them to change.

From Protection to Self-Trust

Once you begin to understand the parts of you that have worked so hard to protect you, something begins to change.

You no longer have to fight yourself or constantly question why you respond the way you do. You can begin to listen differently.

This is where safety becomes the foundation for rebuilding self-trust - learning to hear your own needs, recognise what feels true for you and make choices from a place that feels more like you.

Coming Home To Yourself

As self=trust begins to grow, you can start to make choices from a deeper place within you, not from fear, old patterns or the need to keep everyone else happy.

Coming home to yourself isn't about becoming someone new, it's about reconnecting with the part of you that was always there beneath the survival patterns.

This is where you begin to move from simply surviving to truly living.

How We Work Together

The Inner Compass Method brings together the tools and experiences I've gathered over many years, including coaching, EFT (Emotional freedom technique), hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Reiki.

But the tools are not the method. They are simply ways of supporting you as you understand yourself, create safety, rebuild self-trust and reconnect with your own inner compass.

There is no one size fits all approach. We start with where you are and work gently from there.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You simply need somewhere safe to begin.
